Service Center Manager  - Nicosia

The role:

We are currently looking for a talented Service Center Manager. The successful candidate will be managing the 3rd Party Service Center, executing the operational and tactical plans of the support organization while satisfying customer and business needs. Also, will be managing all procedures regarding the devices delivered to the service center for repairing.

Responsibilities: 

  • Implementing guidelines and ensuring quality of procedure and process.
  • Quality of service delivery as per pre-set procedures.
  • Suggests and participates in the implementation of new solutions and technologies in order to meet customer expectations and maintain a high-quality level in the Service Center Department.

Knowledge/Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Electronics.
  • 6 years previous experience in supervisor or managerial role of After Sales Support in related field.
  • Advanced computer skills (high level in Excel, Power Point).

Product Manager  - Nicosia

The role:
We are currently looking for a talented Products Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the IT product segment, under the consumer commercial team. Will be accountable for the planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with technical, sales and marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. International Relations Coordinator (Carrier and Roaming Department) -  Nicosia

The role:
We are looking for an International Relations Coordinator for our Carrier and Roaming Department. The ideal candidate must be able to support the definition of MTN Cyprus roaming strategy and to manage roaming retail & wholesale P&L end to end.

Responsibilities:

  • To drive & deliver roaming roadmap, revenues, manage costs, monitor regulatory environment, manage roaming relations & negotiations with foreign operators and drive customer satisfaction for roaming.
  • To ensure and oversee efficient and smooth operational execution of all roaming processes & contracts.
  • To oversee and provide accurate and sufficient commercial & financial reporting for all areas of responsibility.
  • To provide the needed information and intelligence to the CS Manager in order to help define the retail and wholesale strategy of the roaming department.

Business Continuity Manager - Nicosia

The role:
We are currently looking for a Business Continuity Manager (BCM) for our head offices in Nicosia, Cyprus. As a Business Continuity Manager, you will be responsible to develop, implement and manage MTN’s Business Continuity Management programme and ensure that the programme is implemented, monitored and maintained across the entire organization, on an on-going basis to consistently minimize business continuity risk within the organization.

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and address legal and regulatory requirements and contractual obligations for business continuity.
  • Overall accountability and responsibility for BCM policy implementation, review and update.
  • Overall responsibility for implementation and maintenance of Business Continuity Management programme.
  • Raise the level of BCM awareness and training within MTN.
  • Overall accountability of maintaining the documentation appropriate to size and complexity of the organisation.
  • Overall accountability of monitoring the performance of business continuity capability of the organisation.
  • Manage costs associated with business continuity.
  • Plan and organise Management Review of BCM at periodic intervals and follow up for the implementation of preventive, corrective and continual improvement actions identified during the Management Review.
  • Ensure that the BCM programme is exercised as per the defined plans and schedules.
  • Provide assistance to the business with test plan development, execution and assessment of the test results.
  • Assess reported incidents that have impacted or may have affected MTN’s ability to recover, ensuring incidents are tracked and closed with proper action and relevant BCM documentation updated as per revision policy with the lessons learnt.
  • Maintain and review all critical incidents that have occurred and the corresponding resolution timeframe, and apprise relevant stakeholders of the same.
  • Regularly liaise with the business departments to challenge the suitability and reasonability of the recovery strategies.
  • Ensure that the continuity requirements for new projects have been identified and approved.  Ensure that the requisite policies and standards are developed.
  • Monitoring, action and closure of actions on the BCM Risk Register.
  • Reporting on the progress of business continuity risks as per MTN’s reporting requirements.
  • Report on the status of BCM implementation and capability as per MTN’s reporting requirements.
     

Knowledge/Education:

  • Degree in Telecoms, IT or Risk Management.
  • Certification – CBCI or CBCP or AMBCI or MBCI or MBCP.
  • 3 – 5 years' experience in implementing business continuity management, disaster recovery and crisis management plans, with at least two (2) years’ experience in the telecommunication industry.
  • A strong background in IT, business and risk management is an added advantage.
  • Project management training or experience, with proven competency in executing large projects, on-time and within budget.
  • Experience leading and managing high-performance multidisciplinary workgroups or teams to meet goals across multiple projects.

Project Manager - Nicosia

The role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to set up and lead our Project Management Office. The successful candidate will manage both enterprise and technical wide projects to ensure successful on-time and on-budget delivery of key projects. Billing & IN Senior Manager - Nicosia

The role:
We are currently looking for a talented Billing & IN Senior Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible to manage the current billing and IN team, who are responsible for the billing, mediation, provisioning and real time charging of mobile and fixed, retail and wholesale customers. Moreover, will have the responsibility to work as an active key project member in the swap of a legacy billing system, with a new digital Billing/CRM platform, from a market leading vendor.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manages the implementation of the various billing sources into the business intelligence tools, to facilitate the enrichment and automation of business intelligence reports.
  • Manages roaming billing tasks and reconciliation, with the clearing houses, carriers and other operators.
  • Introduces and manages a change management process for all changes in the billing and provisioning platforms.

The role:
The successful candidate will be responsible to develop new software applications in accordance with the requirements. Support, trouble-shoot, administer existing third party or in-house applications and follow the development and operational procedures fully. IT Infrastructure Planning Manager - Nicosia

The role:
We are currently looking for a talented IT Infrastructure Planning Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible to manage the design of reliable, scalable, high performing and future proof IT infrastructure systems. Additionally, to support and enhance the enterprise business needs, according to the MTN overall strategic targets and guidelines.

Responsibilities: 

  • Architectural design and dimensioning of IT infrastructure systems.
  • Designs how IT infrastructure systems are interfacing each other and with other network and enterprise systems.
  • Designs the architecture evolution and strategy of the IT infrastructure systems.
  • Receives escalation reports from the operation teams (network and IT) about potential design problems and acts upon them.
  • Participates in proof of concepts, to assist in defining technology direction and enabling business strategy.

  • Minimum 8 years in managing IT systems in large companies or telecom service providers.
  • Solid technical background in IT systems.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Windows concepts, Domains, Active Directory and its concepts, and the interaction between hardware, operating systems, network, data center, and application software.
