LOGISTICS OFFICER
The successful candidate will be responsible to support the operation of the business by managing the fixed assets, stocks and warehousing activities of the company.
Key job tasks of Logistics Officer - Coordination and supervision of warehouse activities including receipt and distribution of materials.
- Space management for best utilization of warehouse capacity. - Generation of statistical reports and data analysis. - Enhance existing inventory control processes and functions for smoother and more effective operation. - Improve productivity and service through performance measurement. - Implementation of warehouse and asset management system. - Planning, assigning, directing work, resolving issues and where necessary training employees. Supervisory/Leadership/Managerial Complexity: - Strong leadership and teamwork skills Creativities (improvement/innovation inherent)
- Identify improvements and create solutions to problems within own work unit. - Inviting innovative alternatives to existing procedures Educational Background Education: Degree in Business Experience: At least 2 years experience in Logistics/warehouse management

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ACCOUNTANT Core purpose of the Job
The right candidate will be responsible for processing, collection, reconciliation and invoices of all transactions within the accounts receivable department, will be accountable for inventory reconciliation reports and responsible for cash collected from both postpaid and prepaid (POS) accounts and daily deposits into the bank Key accountabilities will include: - Receiving and reconciling daily cash from POS accounts - Maintain accurate and complete records of daily sales for postpaid and prepaid in the accounting system (Great Plains) and keep daily reconciliation collections report in GP - Meeting deadlines and processes adhered to reconciliations of POS cash accounts and JCC accounts twice every month - Tracking and processing outstanding differences in POS reconciliation and providing accurate report to Accounts Manager - Preparing daily deposits ensuring accuracy of deposited amounts against collected cash - Meeting targets by issuing accurate and correct invoices and receipts for distributors and dealers - Achieving monthly targets by ensuring that the inventory movements of the POS’s warehouse, consignment stock and inventory transfers to and from dealers and distributors are accurately recorded and reconciled on a monthly basis - Meeting weekly targets for processing and reconciliation of postpaid clients’ standing orders (utility bills)
