Back Office Representative (Ref.no.BOR/CC/2008)

The right candidate will be responsible for following-up and resolving subscriber complaint(s); executing subscriber’s service request(s) ensuring the best quality of service and image.

 

Activation Representative (Ref.no.ACT/CC/2008)

The right candidate will be responsible for receiving, processing and activating rapidly newly purchased lines and requested features/services based on the company polices  / procedures and performing routine activation duties when needed.

Collection & Bad Debts Representative (Ref.no.C&BD/CC/2008

The right candidate will be responsible for monitoring overdue accounts by performing various front line duties and through the guidance of his/her supervisor implement all collections procedures and initiate appropriate action to ensure minimal bad-debt rate.

Contact Center Representative (Ref.no.CCR/CC/2008)

The right candidate will be responsible for answering customer/prospective customers’ queries and complaints, solving customer problems over the phone and ensuring that the customer is satisfied.

 

For all the above positions candidates should have

• College diploma and or Bachelor Degree in Business / Economics
• Computer literacy (Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets)
• Good communication skills.
• 1 year of previous relevant experience.
