Terms and Conditions

• This prize draw is open to all customers of MTN Pay as you Go Marcos Pack excluding employees of Areeba Limited, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.
  
• The prize draw runs between 26th May 2008 and 10th August 2008. Entries received after this date will not be entered into the prize draw. Entry in to the prize draw will be automatic for each €5 spent in airtime (excluding use of any free SMS included in the pack and any spent in MTN Booster Cards). There is no limit to the amount of times customers can enter.
  
• The prize pool comprises:
  Grand Prize Draw
  First prize is spending time with Marcos Baghdatis for two winners. The winners if minors must be accompanied by their legal guardians. Travel to and from the venue that will be specified by MTN is the winner’s responsibility and at the winners’ expense.
  Other Prize Draws
  Another 10 winners will be selected and will receive tennis sets. The sets will include: one tennis racquet, one box of balls and photograph of Marcos Baghdatis with personalized autograph.
  
• The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on 20th August 2008. The winners will be notified by the 25th of August 2008 by SMS.
• The winners must visit MTN Head Office to claim their prizes. For verification purposes the winners must present the SMS received by MTN notifying them of the winning prize. The two winners of the Grand Prize must appear with their legal guardian if minors. If the prize is unclaimed or declined within 48 hours, supplementary winners may be drawn at MTN's discretion and notified by telephone. MTN will not be responsible for any inability of the prize winners to take up the specified prizes.
• MTN reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. The prizes are not transferable. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, MTN reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion; amend these terms & conditions; declare void the notification of winners; and/or to allocate available prizes by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated winners.
• MTN accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documents related to the prize. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms & conditions of this draw, and in the event of a conflict, these terms & conditions take precedence.
• MTN accepts no responsibility for any technical or system errors which could prevent or delay the top-up of a Pay as you Go mobile number and therefore prevent entry into this prize draw.
• If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
• The winners may be required to participate in publicity connected with this promotion and it is a condition of entry that you agree to your name being made publicly available if you win.
• MTN’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• This promotion is governed by Cypriot Law.
