MTN Cyprus received the prestigious “Award of Excellence” at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona for the exceptional 2007 launch and ongoing marketing campaign of the BlackBerry® solution in the Cypriot market. While granting the award, Research In Motion, sponsor of the “Award of Excellence”, highlighted MTN’s commitment and expressed its admiration to MTN Cyprus for its team’s enthusiasm and dedication during the launch of the BlackBerry solution on the island. The BlackBerry solution was originally launched in October 2007 in Cyprus. The BlackBerry solution brings together smartphones, software and service to allow easy access to email, phone, calendar, web, multimedia and corporate data applications on the go.
