MTN Cyprus has recently launched “MTN Rewards”, a new and comprehensive loyalty scheme, which offers privileges and special benefits to Pay Monthly subscribers for their ongoing preference and support to MTN products and services. The loyalty scheme “MTN Rewards” functions in a very simple way: subscribers collect loyalty points according to their service usage. For example subscribers can collect points whenever they make a phone call, send SMS to any destination, surf the internet with a USB modem or use their BlackBerry service to read their emails. The more they use their MTN Pay Monthly service the more points they will receive. With “MTN Rewards” subscribers have more flexibility and choice, as they can redeem their points from MTN shops at any time to get a new handset or accessories at a reduced price or for free. The scheme greatly benefits corporate and multiple-line owners. Points earned from individual lines will accumulate automatically under a single account which in essence means that very quickly a significant amount of points will be available for redemption.
