• The Unlimited BlackBerry bundle is offered as an additional service on every MTN Pay Monthly Price Plan (voice or data). Standard Pay Monthly Price Plan terms and conditions apply.
  
• The Unlimited BlackBerry bundle can be selected / deselected on a monthly basis. The service can only be deactivated at the end of each month as the monthly fee is charged in advance.
  
• The Unlimited BlackBerry bundle is only available on MTN network, is subject to a fair use policy (1 GB per month) and covers only the use of BlackBerry service. MTN reserves the right to suspend the Unlimited BlackBerry bundle if the fair use policy is breached.
  
• Use of BlackBerry on foreign networks depends on the existence of agreements with network operators. Any usage of the BlackBerry service under national or international roaming will be charged separately, on a volume basis (per Kilobyte). • Use of BlackBerry service is subject to the acceptance of the terms and conditions of Research In Motion (RIM). These terms include the right of use of RIM’s software to access the BlackBerry service and are available at the time of activation. By activating the BlackBerry service, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
  
• The RIM & BlackBerry families of related marks, images & symbols are the exclusive properties & trademarks of Research In Motion Limited-used by permission. BlackBerry is registered with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and may be pending or registered in other countries.
