Collections and Bad Debts Representative
Responsibilities include:

The right candidate will be responsible for monitoring overdue accounts by performing various front line duties and through the guidance of his/her supervisor implement all collections procedures and initiate appropriate action to ensure minimal bad-debt rate.

Qualifications and Experience required

University degree preferably in Mathematics, Statistics , Economics or Business Administration
University degree preferably in Mathematics, Statistics , Economics or Business Administration
Fluent written and spoken Greek and English. Good command of other languages to be considered a plus
Good verbal and written communication skills
Service oriented
Ability to handle difficult /irate customers
Excellent numeric and analytical skills
Ability to work in a detailed/ thorough and methodical manner
Ability to maintain confidentiality as related to subscribers data
