Education:

Budgeting and Financial Analyst

The right candidate will perform analysis of monthly results against budget, rolling forecasts, and helping in the completion of the budget

Education:

Experience:

Health & Safety Coordinator

The right candidate will be responsible for the coordination and monitoring of Health & Safety Management System

Adherence to legal requirements
Create and maintain manual of controls
Perform training to other staff members
Perform audit checks of procedures and follow up
Security control of the company in coordination with the outsourced agent
Insurance management
He/she must have good understanding of risk management principles and their application to business

Education:
Bachelor Degree in related field (Health and Safety, Environmental etc)

I.T. DIVISION

Database Administrator

The right candidate will be responsible for the administration of Oracle and SQL server databases, for maintenance tasks such as backups, monitoring, and database tuning, writing scripts to automate task, as well as writing and tuning SQL queries for reports/applications.

Education:
Bachelor or College Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Professionals Skills:
SQL tuning and performance monitoring, PL/SQL programming, Linux or Unix platforms performing basic administration tasks, Perl or Shell programming as well as MS SQL Server experience will be considered a plus

Experience:
2 years of professional experience as an Oracle Database Administrator

Aplication Developer

The right candidate will be responsible for development of in-house applications and tools

Education:
Bachelor or College Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Professionals Skills:
Visual Basic or C#, .Net Framework, Perl or PHD knowledge will be considered an advantage, SQL (Oracle or SQL Server), familiar with Linux/Unix operating systems

CUSTOMER CARE DIVISION

Customer Care Representative

The right candidate will be responsible for following-up and resolving subscriber complaint(s); executing subscriber’s service request(s), monitoring and checking the usage (traffic) of the customer subscription’s, follow up on collection, ensuring the best quality of service and image.

Education:
College Diploma in any field

Professional Skills:
Computer literacy (Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets)
Good communication skills.

Experience:
1 year of previous relevant experience

SALES DIVISION

Sales Representative (Nicosia/Limassol/Larnaca/Paphos/Paralimni)

The right candidate will be responsible for sales and customer care activities in the company retail shops.
Qualifications Required

Education:

TECHNICAL DIVISION

Telecom Engineer

The right candidate should have basic knowledge in the mobile telecommunication fields. Basic knowledge of networking and IP concepts will be considered as an advantage.

Education:
Bachelor Degree or Higher Technical Institute Diploma in Electrical and Communication Engineering

Computer Skills:
MS office, programming skills will be considered an advantage

Experience:
1 year in telecom field

VAS Engineer

The right candidate will operate, maintain and troubleshoot the Value Added Services (VAS) nodes, such as SMS and MMS. Operate, maintain and troubleshoot the GPRS and 3G packet-based core network and nodes, such as the SGSN, GGSN, firewalls and routers. Implement new network nodes and software upgrades. Provide technical support to the Customer Care department, and solve subscriber problems or issues. Design new VAS, liaise with VAS vendors to introduce new features and/or improve existing VAS nodes features. Optimize the performance of existing VAS nodes, document methodologies, as well as keep record of all changes, activities and decisions. Write systems scripts to automate tasks, maintain systems environment and generate reports. Liaise with other mobile network operators for establishing new GPRS roaming agreements.

Education:
Master Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, preferably with a specialisation on Telecommunications or Networking

Professionals Skills:
Good knowledge of Unix or Linux. Basic programming capabilities in Shell, C, C++, PHP and Java and in databases MySQL, MSSQL and Oracle. Good and solid knowledge of network principles (LAN) and routing protocols – candidates with CCNA or higher qualifications will be preferred

Experience:
1-2 years relevant experience will be considered an advantage

The selected candidate will:

The selected candidate will:

Operate, maintain and troubleshoot the GPRS and 3G packet-based core network and nodes, such as the SGSN, GGSN, Firewalls and Routers.
Implement new network nodes and software upgrades.
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems with the nodes in an effort to minimize systems downtime.
Provide technical support to the Customer Care department, and solve subscriber problems or issues.
Liaise with other mobile network operators for establishing new GPRS roaming agreements.
Prepare and maintain documentation, technical reports and provide follow up status on the activities and tasks assigned.

Requirements:

Postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, preferably with a specialisation on Telecommunications or
Networking
Very good and solid knowledge of network principles (LAN) and routing protocols – candidates with CCNA or higher qualifications will be preferred
Good knowledge of Unix or Linux
Basic programming capabilities in Shell and C
Team player with strong analytical skills
At least 2 years relevant experience
