IN Senior Operator

Responsibilities include:

- Maintain the prepaid data warehouse operations and data integrity.
-  Input data into specialized systems and ensure that all related databases are kept up to date and relevant to the business. 
- Generate / reconcile / audit, all prepaid internal and external reports and statistics.
- Analyze new marketing services and design/implement solutions and checking procedures, using automation through PLSQL and UNIX shell programming.
- Plan archiving of historical data. Perform system and database backups of the various available platforms. 
- Assist & occasional lead prepaid section projects, ensuring that they are delivered in time, within the budget and as per required quality standards.
- Monitor day-to-day operations of the prepaid section. Check running processes and their corresponding logs and assure correct completion. Identify problems and provide support to all levels.
- Manage systems / applications users information.
- Develop and apply revenue assurance procedures and checks

Qualifications and Experience required
 
- BSc (Bachelor) in Computing Science
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in related field 
- Knowledge of  PLSQL and UNIX shell programming
