CSP (Customer Service Point) Representative for our company retail shops


Responsibilities include:
- Sell and provide quality customer service and support to subscribers and prospective clients.
- Offer efficient & effective after- sales service
- Provide the subscriber or prospective client with requested and necessary information according to company policies and procedures. 
- Educate subscribers and prospective clients with regards to the products and services offered
- Resolves billing or service complaints and refers grievances to designated departments for investigation. Follow up the progress
- Be constantly informed about competitor’s products and services (strengths and weaknesses)
- Investigate, study, learn and use all of company’s products and services


Qualifications required:
- 1 or 2 years experience in sales, or customer focused position
- Basic PC literacy skills. Basic proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets
- Understanding of services and products
- Able to deal effectively with a variety of personalities.
- Able to maintain confidentiality as related to subscribers data
- Able to adapt to changing circumstances
- Basic knowledge of GSM technology and services
- Fluent written and spoken Greek and English
