MTN Cyprus continues to pioneer, launching for the first time in the Cypriot market a triple play product which includes mobile telephony service. The new revolutionary product MTN Triple provides connection services in mobile and fixed telephony as well as internet access in one package.

MTN Triple is addressing new subscribers who select the MTN 350 package under an 18month contract. Its subscribers can benefit by receiving  the laptop Dell mini 1012 3G at a special subsidized price or any laptop with a discount of €135 plus a discount on the MTN Mobile Broadband 5GB service.

Triple Play Benefits

• One invoice for all the mobile, fixed voice and internet services.

• Get the Mobile Broadband 5GB service at discounted monthly fee, only €15/month (incl. VAT).
Normal Price €39.27/month (incl. VAT)

MTN Triple Play product includes:

- MTN 350

- OTEnet Broadband Home 1(1Mbps Download / 256kbps upload) ADSL

- 2 fixed lines telephony

The above will be offered with 18 month contracts.

As an additional benefit for the customers, they will be able to add on Mobile Broadband 5GB service at a discounted price (€15/month incl. VAT).

The Triple Play product is available only in Germanos stores.

Terms and Conditions

• Triple Play Product will be available only for new Customers.
  No existing MTN customers adding OTEnet Broadband Home 1 OR Existing OTEnet customers adding MTN 350 (can be bought as separate products and not as part of Triple Play product )
  
• MTN 350 is considered as the core product of the package.
  Cancellation of MTN 350 will mean the cancellation of the entire triple play product.
  
• Customer will be able to cancel only OTENET ADSL Broadband Home 1 service
• Cancellation of only OTENET/Broadband Home 1 product will result to the cancellation of Mobile Broadband 5GB (if selected) at the discounted price but not the cancellation of the Voice MTN 350.
• Upgrade/Downgrade modifications will not be available for OTENET ADSL service. (ex. From Broadband Home 1 to Broadband Home 2 or Broadband Home 4)
• Subscribers1. Upgrade/ Downgrade modification will only be available for MTN 350 service.
• No USB modem at a subsidized price will be given to Triple Play customers that wish to have MBB 5GB. The laptop is 3G enabled so it can handle mobile broadband
• Transfer of ownership will not be available/ allowed. (You cannot assign the invoices to another person)
• No change of Address will be available (Only change of billing address). Important: Explain to the customer that the ADSL service should remain to the same premises (house) for the entire 18month period.
• No change of GSM number will be available / allowed.
• Itemized bill for fixed telephony service will only be available upon request.
