RECEPTIONIST
Responsibilities include:
Mission/ Core purpose of the Job: 1. Handling of incoming/outgoing calls 2. Take and relay messages 3. First point of contact and information service for visitors 4. General administrative and clerical support 5. Sorting of mail and deliveries 6. Management of Conference and Training Centre Candidate Profile: Qualifications and Experience required • Secondary School Final Certificate • College certification (considered an advantage) • At least 1 year experience with similar responsibilities • General secretarial and administrative skills experience Competencies:
