What are MTN CallerTunez?

How MTN CallerTunez work:

• Only MTN customers can set up MTN CallerTunez but anyone who calls you will hear them.
• All MTN CallerTunez have a validity of one month from the date of activation, once your tone expires you will have to reactivate it by calling 900 96 000
• You may select one tone as your default tone for all callers
• In order to activate the service you must call 900 96 000 and follow the voice prompts, all calls to this number are charged per call (€3.00 / Call including VAT)
• MTN CallerTunez may also be used for specific callers, you may allocate specific Tunez for groups of callers. You may select 3 groups of 10 callers per group and allocate a specified tune per caller group
• MTN CallerTunez cannot be forwarded to other phones
• MTN PayMonthly subscribers who want to use this service will be subject to a deposit

• Each caller tune is valid for 1 month from the date of its selection. After the expiration of the validity period, the tune may be reactivated by calling 900 96 000.
• You may select one tune to be applied to all calls, or different tunes which will apply to specific callers or groups of callers (you may select up to 3 groups of 10 callers each).
• Caller Tunez service cannot be forwarded to other handsets.
• MTN Pay Monthly subscribers may remit a deposit prior to the use of the service.
