Customer Service Point (CSP) Representative - Nicosia

The role:

We are currently accepting job applications for our Retail stores in Nicosia. The job is on a part-time, 6 months fixed term contract basis, with the possibility of contract renewal. The CSP Representative enjoys a dynamic and high energy work environment. Responsibility to provide an outstanding customer experience in the retail store by assisting new and existing customers.  As a member of a store team, they will strive toward helping the store achieve its financial and customer service goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the Company’s products and services; Provide quality customer service and support to existing and prospective clients.
  • Offer efficient & effective after- sales service.
  • Assist with all functions within a retail store in compliance with MTN’s policies and procedures.

Knowledge/Education:

  • School Leaving Certificate (final grade >15).
  • University Degree or College Diploma will be considered as an advantage.
  • At least 6 months experience in retail or another environment with a strong customer focus will be considered as an advantage.
  • Fluent written and spoken Greek and English.

Charging System/Mediation and Provisioning Engineer - Nicosia

The role:

MTN as one of the largest telecommunications providers in Cyprus is currently looking for a Charging system/Mediation/Provisioning Engineer. The successful candidate will oversee operation, configuration, implementation and maintenance for mediation and provisioning systems, as well as the Charging systemContribute in the safe integration, introduction & development of peripheral systems or services/products and establish the acceptance for the network and business.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees preventive maintenance tasks to achieve high system availability.
  • Input data into specialized systems (Data warehouse) and maintain records to ensure that records meet both internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Builds processes for assuring correct and reliable online charging, mediation and provisioning.
  • Support projects by providing information and delivering specific actions when requested.
  • Coordinates and participates in meetings with other departments to provide technical assistance for implementation or integration of new services or platforms within the network.
  • Execute daily tasks in accordance to defined KPIs.
  • Prepare regular and outstanding reports about all constant and planned activities/tasks.
  • Analyze, design and implementation of new services and products.
  • Develop and apply revenue assurance procedures and checks.
  • Supports and follows up on vendors, in cases of problems or change requirements.
  • Studies innovative technologies and proposes improvements to systems.
  • Supporting, monitoring and executing backup and recovery activities as per the process and policies.
  • Ensure precise and error-free charging of customers and partners.
  • Complete all tasks and duties in accordance with the appropriate set of procedures and guidelines and identify opportunities for process improvement where possible.

Knowledge/Education:

  • BSc (Bachelor) in Computing Science or Engineering, MBA or Masters will be considered as advantage.
  • 2+ years experience in the Ericsson Charging, Mediation or Provisioning systems.
  • High technical training and awareness; ongoing IT seminars and telecom.
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of SQL, DB, Unix/Linux, scripting.

Consumer Product Coordinator - Nicosia

The role:

MTN is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Consumer Product Coordinator. This role requires a natural interest for new ideas and methodologies for execution, ability for analysis and organization, and a strong capacity for communication in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and guarantee the implementation of the yearly product plan for the specific segments. A financial business case for all initiatives should always be provided and impact of initiatives being launched should always be measured.
  • Responsibilities include the below so as to ensure monitoring and management of the segments:
    • Constant Competition Monitoring
    • Launch and Monitor of new products/offerings as per marketing plan
    • Provide critical input on the plan decided
    • Provide ideas of new products or services, or suggestions on improving current procedures or offerings

Fixed Number Portability, Teamleader - Nicosia

The role:

We are currently looking for a Fixed Number Portability, Teamleader. The successful candidate will be responsible to coordinate, manage, monitor and improve the Fixed Number Portability team performance and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the porting in and porting out of Fixed customers and ensure delivery within set timeframes.
  • Prepare necessary documentation to facilitate the process.

We are currently looking for an experienced Legal Advisor to join our team in Nicosia. As a Legal Advisor, you will be responsible to handle various legal matters, certain regulatory matters of the company and represent the company in various authorities.

Responsibilities:

The role:
